A leading company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage client relationships and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the marine or industrial sector. Identifying new sales opportunity and managing existing client base (both local and regional accounts assigned)
Set up meetings with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and project requirements
Build and maintain good client relationships
Attend to and follow up with clients' inquiries on products or services
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to customers
Issue sales documentation including quotations, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and proforma invoices
Coordinate with customers on order arrangements and delivery details
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders and related documentation
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays to customers
Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service and sales strategy
Support Sales Manager in daily operational tasks
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field
At least 1 – 3 years of experience in sales/ inside sales, preferably in the marine or industrial industry
Able to travel overseas whenever required
Candidate who could start work within short notice will be an added advantage
