Job description

Field Marketing Manager, ASEAN (Singapore Based)

As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager, you are the CMO for the ASEAN region and a key part of the Field Marketing and regional field sales organization. You will define solutions focus areas, strategic direction, and marketing and demand generation needs to create pipeline. You will collaborate with partners to develop a best-in-class security expertise ecosystem, and drive customer success, engagement, and loyalty across key accounts in your region.

Roles / Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary local representative for marketing in your region.
  2. Develop and implement the regional marketing plan to achieve customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives, collaborating with sales, external influencers, channel partners, the JAPAC Demand Gen Hub, and marketing peers.
  3. Execute regional and local language campaigns, including thought leadership, trade shows, lunch & learns, technical workshops, roundtables, webinars, top account marketing, and other tactics.
  4. Implement account-based marketing programs supporting sales, and guide sales reps on executing program elements independently.
  5. Foster local thought leadership, customer engagement, and community building around physical security and cloud topics.
  6. Advise the corporate and theatre demand generation teams on developing, planning, executing, and measuring impactful campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with top partners to enhance their marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  8. Monitor budgets, lead flow, follow-up actions, and results; communicate progress and outcomes across teams.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years in marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B tech companies experiencing rapid growth.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales leadership as an advisor and peer.
  • Experience executing innovative, multi-part event and demand generation programs.
  • Data-driven approach with strong metrics analysis skills.
  • Passion for delivering innovative security solutions globally.
  • Ability to work in-office and travel as needed.
  • Proactive, 'do whatever it takes' attitude.
