Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Purchase of security bond
  • Arrange medical check-up for staff and workers
  • Arrange primary care plan for all workers in dormitory wef 01.04.2022
  • Handle work pass applications (new & renewal)
  • Arrange entry permit for new workers
  • Assist in handling payroll related matters (Salary/OT/CPF/IR8A/IR21/Levy)
  • Arrange insurance cover notes for jobs
  • Handle dormitory related matters – tenancy agreements/check-in & out
  • Handle government paid leaves – childcare / NS man pay / maternity
  • Handle levy waivers
  • Assist in Company events
  • Purchase and monitoring of Company Season Parking
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in construction or manufacturing industries
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act
  • Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Infotech
  • Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
