Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business and financial projects from conception to completion

• Develop comprehensive project plans including objectives, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements

• Create and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective delivery of solutions

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management strategies

• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and resolving conflicts

• Communicate project status, milestones, and financial metrics to stakeholders at all levels

• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for senior management

• Monitor project progress against established metrics and take corrective action when necessary

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project implementations

• Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned

Education

Experience
