JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations, Social Media, and Corporate Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, manage corporate communications, and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to execute impactful marketing, social media, and PR campaigns that elevate the company's reputation and brand visibility.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Corporate Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
- Oversee brand messaging across all channels, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for initiatives, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Corporate Communications- Serve as a company spokesperson when required.
- Manage internal communication efforts to align employees with company values.
- Handle executive communications, including speeches, interviews, and opinion pieces.
- Organize corporate events, press conferences, and sponsorship activities.
Public Relations (PR)- Develop and manage PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create press releases, media pitches, speeches, and thought leadership content.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation issues.
- Secure media coverage in top-tier publications locally and internationally.
Social Media- a. Strategy & Planning
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across markets.
- Set goals for growth, engagement, and conversions aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule.
b. Content Creation & Management- Collaborate with creators to develop engaging, on-brand content (videos, photos, memes, reels, etc.).
- Write captions, suggest trending audio, and keep content platform-relevant.
- Oversee asset creation, curation, and approval processes.
c. Community Building- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster conversations.
- Build relationships with brand advocates, creators, and micro-influencers.
- Manage giveaways, live streams, and social activations.
d. Insights & Optimization- Track performance using analytics tools.
- Analyze data to optimize content and ad strategies.
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate marketing, PR, or communications.
- Experience working with public companies or post-IPO environments.
- Strong media network and press relations experience.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing, branding, and event management.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms, formats, and trends.
- Strong creative eye for trending and high-performing content.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or user-generated content.
