Location: Singapore – Tuas & Senoko
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $2,200 – $3,500/month (Based on Role + Allowances)

Our clients are established leaders in the cold storage logistics and fulfilment industry, providing regional supply chain solutions across Asia. They are expanding their operations and seeking dependable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join their warehouse teams in Tuas and Senoko.

1. Warehouse Assistant (Tuas – Cold Storage Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload goods on pallets

• Perform stock picking, packing, and inventory checks

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse

• Follow safety procedures in cold storage (5°C to -20°C)

• Report operational matters to Team Leader

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle cartons up to 15kg

• Comfortable working in cold environments

• Secondary education completed

• Forklift licence is an advantage

Work Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm, Sat: 8am–12pm (5.5-day work week)
Salary: $2,200–$2,600 + $200 cold room allowance

2. Team Leader (Tuas – Cold Storage Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and team of staff

• Maintain stock accuracy and oversee inventory checks

• Operate and supervise forklift tasks

• Enforce SOPs and ensure workplace safety compliance

• Manage scheduling and staff assignments

Requirements:

• Forklift licence required

• N-Level / O-Level / ITE minimum

• Physically fit and willing to work in cold rooms (up to -20°C)

• Experience in team supervision preferred

• Able to work at Tuas

Work Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm, Sat: 8am–12pm
Salary: $2,600–$3,300 + $200 cold room allowance

3. Warehouse Assistant (Senoko – Logistics Tech Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfil orders (picking, packing, loading/unloading)

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse layout

• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues

• Support data reporting and SOP compliance

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Background in logistics/supply chain preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (ERP experience an advantage)

• Physically fit, motivated, and communicative

• Willing to learn and work collaboratively

Work Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 7.30am–4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am–11.30am
