Job Description

• Take incoming calls from our customers and provide excellent Customer Service
• Process incoming orders and enter notes in the system
• Answer questions on shipping rules & regulations, delivery alternatives and other solutions provided by our organization
• Provide price quotes as requested
• Complete required shipping documents and paperwork as needed
• Monitor all packages and shipments to insure arrivals and deadlines are met
• Respond to problems, offer solutions and insure customers are responded to in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• 2+ years prior customer service experience supporting the transportation, travel or airlines industries; or a degree in Business or with an International focus
• Prior experience in International shipping or freight forwarding preferable
• Solid knowledge of domestic & international geography as well as various time zones
• Good knowledge of CS processes and systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone and e-mail skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems
