Job Title
- Constructability Engineer - Multidiscipline Coordination
- Constructability Sequence Coordinator
Job Responsibility
- Execute scope assigned by Manager which includes but is not limited to planning, multi-discipline coordination managing resources and supervision.
- Coordinate and follow up on construction NSI and manpower requisition.
- Prepare constructability/construction related plan and procedure.
- Liaise closely with EDD, Procurement, and Materials to monitor and highlight potential delays which will affect redefined construction.
- Facilitate the development of constructability work package with respective PMTs.
- Compile and monitor construction procedures submission by other disciplines.
- Attend toolbox meetings and provide safety briefing to subcontractors.
- Coordinate and clear multi-discipline punch.
- Monitor, highlight, and report implementation of CS.
- Coordinate and assist area completion to meet project completion target dates.
- Able to understand contractual terms and norms.
- Travel (when required).
- Able to cope with fast-paced working environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade.
- Able to understand contractual terms and norms.
- Willingness to travel within the country or abroad for ship checks.
- Good knowledge of oil & gas skills in any discipline; knowledge of mechanical, piping & electrical is advantageous.
- Good planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project management software and other planning software.
