Job Title
  • Constructability Engineer - Multidiscipline Coordination
  • Constructability Sequence Coordinator

Job Responsibility

  • Execute scope assigned by Manager which includes but is not limited to planning, multi-discipline coordination managing resources and supervision.
  • Coordinate and follow up on construction NSI and manpower requisition.
  • Prepare constructability/construction related plan and procedure.
  • Liaise closely with EDD, Procurement, and Materials to monitor and highlight potential delays which will affect redefined construction.
  • Facilitate the development of constructability work package with respective PMTs.
  • Compile and monitor construction procedures submission by other disciplines.
  • Attend toolbox meetings and provide safety briefing to subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and clear multi-discipline punch.
  • Monitor, highlight, and report implementation of CS.
  • Coordinate and assist area completion to meet project completion target dates.
  • Able to understand contractual terms and norms.
  • Travel (when required).
  • Able to cope with fast-paced working environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade.
  • Able to understand contractual terms and norms.
  • Willingness to travel within the country or abroad for ship checks.
  • Good knowledge of oil & gas skills in any discipline; knowledge of mechanical, piping & electrical is advantageous.
  • Good planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of project management software and other planning software.
