We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The individual will be reporting to the HR Manager and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process. Being a part of the HR team, you will contribute to provide a positive experience to candidates while ensuring effective and seamless recruitment process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including posting of job ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of candidates
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation and offboarding
  • Conducting of initial interviews to assess candidate's skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Work closely with other HR team members to support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
  • Report recruitment metrics and tracking of recruitment activities
  • Collaborate with department HODs to identify training needs based on performance reviews, business requirements that align with the company's objectives
  • Sourcing of relevant training programs as required
  • Maintain records of training programs, certificates and attendance
  • General HR Admin duties as required

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • No experience is welcome to apply too
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professionalism

  • Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm), Alternate Sat (8:30am - 12:30pm)
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee / Admiralty MRT Station
