Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of Operation Executives and Foremen.
- Monitor daily deployment records and roster allocations.
- Engage with blue-collared workers regularly, settle grievances.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Prime Mover Drivers, Lashing Specialists, IGH, and Reefer departments.
- Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and support high-performing teams through mentorship and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership or the board.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment and company culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR and operations.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
