Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Manage a team of Operation Executives and Foremen.
• Monitor daily deployment records and roster allocations.
• Engage with blue-collared workers regularly, settle grievances.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Prime Mover Drivers, Lashing Specialists, IGH, and Reefer departments.
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and support high-performing teams through mentorship and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership or the board.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment and company culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR and operations.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
