Job Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition / Chemistry / Microbiology or related fields
· More than 6 years of relevant work experience
· Experience or knowledge in microbiology and/or molecular biology laboratory techniques a must
· Independent, pro-active and thrive in a fast pace and dynamic environment
· Meticulous with strong analytical and communication skills
· Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good to have: Experience using R and/or Python for data analysis
