We are seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Field Engineering Manager based in Taiwan to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems on-site. This role requires strong technical skills, project management experience, and leadership abilities to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

1. On-site leadership: Oversee engineers, technicians, and contractors to meet project objectives.
2. Technical guidance: Provide support for all mechanical and electrical aspects.
3. Project management: Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and scope.
4. Quality assurance: Ensure work meets specifications and standards.
5. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues.
6. Stakeholder communication: Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
7. Safety management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
8. Continuous improvement: Implement process enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
• Based in Taiwan and present at project sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years' experience with high voltage substation projects.
• Knowledge of HSE project management tools and concepts.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, conference calls, and internet tools.
