A leading company in the food manufacturing sector is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage payroll, employee lifecycle, and compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a diploma in HR management. This role requires a hands-on approach and familiarity with the FMCG industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission for assigned BU
Manage employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits
Assist in budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
Submission of all government claims
Prepare monthly HR reports
Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Education, Experience & Training:
Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) relevant working experience (including payroll processing) in Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry
Ability to communicate effectively with blue collared foreign workforce
Versatile and committed individual willing to take a hands on approach
Experience in InfoTech HRIS is an advantage
Sound knowledge of local employment laws
Able to start work within short notice is an advantage
Functional Mandarin is essential due to workforce demographics.
