Job Details

Suntec (Esplanade / Promenade MRT)
$5000 - $5500
8.30am – 5.15pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities

• Managing the project assigned which includes plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of project execution.

• Ensure that projects are complete on time, within budget and with highest quality.

• Coordinate with personnel in other departments, client, consultant, vendors, subcontractor personnel to review designs, prepare and execute recovery plans speedily.

• Assist in the administration of contract, claims disputes, variation and final accounts.

• Provide on the job training for new project staff as well monitoring their performance and provide guidance during work execution.

• Submit regular management reports on the progress of the timelines and targets.

• Responsible for safety compliance on the project assigned and ensure all activities carried out complied with MOM WSHA.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of working experience and have knowledge in Electrical, plumbing/ sanitary services, fire protection and in related fields.

• Have hands-on experience

• Able to read electrical drawings

• Knowledge on using drafting tools such as AutoCAD
