A leading company in the culinary industry is seeking a Management Trainee to engage in various roles within retail and café operations. This role involves understanding business operations, executing marketing strategies, and managing social media accounts. Ideal candidates will gain hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, and brand positioning.
You will be assigned to various roles in our retail store and café operations, including product knowledge, techniques of cross-selling and up-selling, visual merchandising, service magic, and customer service.
The objective is to understand the business operations in terms of product knowledge, cross-selling and up-selling techniques, visual merchandising, and service magic to gain a better understanding of the brand and concept.
Work with the retail store and café team to conceptualise and execute marketing efforts related to the brand, its positioning, products, and promotions.
This includes content creation, copywriting, post creation, ad placement strategies, consumer engagement, and various aspects of CRM for each concept.
You will be involved in managing each brand’s social media accounts and websites.
You will actively collaborate with the operations teams to implement strategies for launching events and other marketing activities, which may require your presence on weekdays or weekends.
