We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Operations Analyst to join us in growing our business of our FinTech Product the “Sleek Business Account” in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as assisting in setting strategic goals for the future eg., Customer Activation, MAU Growth, Growing Customer Base & Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results. You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problem-solve and think on your feet. You will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing Sleek’s Fintech offerings to be trusted and well-loved solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners in Singapore and beyond.

Position Duties

  • Support ongoing operations to manage & enhance Sleek’s FinTech Product “The Sleek Business Account (SBA)”
  • Assist the FinTech Lead in ongoing Project Management with Compliance/Operations/Product & Tech teams to ensure customer centricity; maintain internal project management tools (RAID logs etc)
  • Own & document product requirements for ongoing enhancements & track their delivery with Product/Tech Teams
  • Track customer feedback/ issues & manage triage with Product/Tech & FinTech partners
  • Perform market research to ensure SBA’s competitiveness in Singapore
  • Own weekly reporting on customer onboarded, transactions, revenues & MAU’s
  • Support reconciliation & transactional operations
  • Support FinTech Lead on running quarterly Voice of Customer (VoC) panels to achieve user growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Finance/Engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services/FinTech or Consulting Space
  • Knowledge of B2B payments/ FinTech industry/ Financial operation is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Existing Financial operations experience (reconciliation, data analyst)
  • Existing Project Management or Agile experience (requirements documentation, sprint cadence)
  • Detail oriented; able to quickly analyze large volumes of data via Excel/Google Sheets and present analysis in a coherent manner
  • Able to commence immediately/ within short notice period
