Qualifications

• Praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von gesetzlichen Einreichungen und Steuererklärungen.

Responsibilities

• Verwalten Sie die Monatsabschlussaktivitäten und stellen Sie einen rechtzeitigen Abschluss der Konten sicher.
• Leiten Sie den jährlichen Planungs- und monatlichen Prognoseprozess.

Job description

• Manage month end closing activity and ensure timely close of account

• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting

• Manage Fixed Asset including Capital Asset Acquisition Request (CAAR) submission, track actual capital spend and Fixed Asset count.

• Manage manufacturing cost accounting and annual stock take exercise

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls. Perform quarterly control review and ensure timely submission of all control deliverables

• Handle local tax filings and MIDA reporting

• Prepare local statutory account and ensure timely filing of statutory account

• Lead annual planning and monthly forecast process

• Drive process improvement project

• Provide guidance to AP and AR staff

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in finance operations and control; experience in manufacturing sector will be an advantage

• Hands-on experience in managing statutory filing and tax return

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management.
