A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Financial Management professional. The role involves overseeing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and supervising team members. Candidates should have a degree or ACCA Level 2 and at least 5 years of accounting experience.
Position Purpose
Financial and Management Reporting
Job Functions
Responsible for monitoring for daily accounting related issue
Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports in accordance with Company and Corporate deadlines
Strong in reporting, accuracy, and timely submission of local and overseas subsidiaries’ monthly reports to Head Office
Experience in preparation of a full set of account
Review of service agreements and banks letter of offer for facilities upon new, renewal and termination of agreements
Guidance and supervision of team members
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents & bankers
Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time
Education and Experiences
Degree or ACCA Level 2
Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Knowledge of Accounting System such as Oracle, hyperion, an added advantage
Effective communication skills
Good in English both oral and written
Attentive to details
Teamwork, initiative and self-development
Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department
