In the Management Associate program, we are committed to developing potential candidates into our Shop Managers, who will lead the success of our retail outlets towards greater heights. You will be exposed to an accelerated program covering the entire spectrum of the Retail Sales Career Path.

Programme Progression

Management Trainees are required to successfully perform the following roles as part of their progression within the company in retail operations:

• Customer Service Executive
• Senior Customer Service Executive
• Supervisor
• Training Assistant Shop Manager
• Assistant Shop Manager
• Training Shop Manager
• Shop Manager

Shop Manager

This program will take approximately 1-2 years, depending on the performance of the management associate. Our Shop Manager will manage a local retail store and its team.

The Program

Phase 1: Retail Exposure Program

Trainees will undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) with an assigned buddy and perform roles of sales/service professionals and Shop Managers. Key skills include:

• Shop Tour - Understanding trading areas
• Selling Floor - Display standards, product color coordination
• Stock Room - Inventory Management
• Pricing & Product Knowledge
• Promotion & Sales Process
• Customer Service Standards
• Sales/Targets Achievement
• People Management and Development
• Documentation and Procedures

Phase 2: Leadership Development Program

Leading and coaching Sales Associates in daily sales and operational duties, including:

• Managing sales targets and monitoring performance
• Maintaining professional customer care standards, handling feedback, and recovery
• Managing inventory, ensuring stock levels and proper organization
• Managing visual displays
• Performing administrative duties such as staff appraisals, scheduling, and setting sales targets
• Quarterly presentations to the Operations Team and Management
