General administrative duties , including but not limited to:

  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats
  • Handling queries via phone and email
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
  • Arranging mail and courier deliveries
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Typing letters and reports
  • Updating records in the company database
  • Printing and photocopying documents
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
