Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru . The ideal candidate will manage existing client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth in line with company targets. This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong understanding of interconnect components and the ability to work independently in a mobile office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues
• Identify business opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to meet company targets
• Conduct price negotiations and support process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of customer service and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience , preferably in interconnect components
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver against sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Highly target-driven , self-motivated , disciplined , and able to work well under pressure
• Candidates with prior experience handling customers in Johor Bahru within the relevant industry (electronics, interconnect components, or manufacturing) will be strongly preferred.
