About the Role
In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Operations and Head of Operations Administration with daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project executions and financial processes.
- Position : Operations Administration Executive
- Employment : Full-Time
- Location : Gul Circle, Singapore
- Working Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Salary Range : SGD $2,800 to $3,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Head of Operations and Head of Operations Administration with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales & Marketing Departments on project executions, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and customer issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims, and statements of accounts to customers, ensuring timely follow-up on receivables.
- Liaise with vendors to verify invoices before submitting them to the Accounts Department for payment processing.
- Perform asset, inventory, and financial reconciliation with Accounts, generating monthly reports for Management.
- Use ERP systems to support daily tasks and assist with system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
What They’re Looking For
- Educational Background : Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Experience : Experience in the construction industry and with ERP systems is an advantage
- Preferred Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
