A leading company in the crypto space seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy for their spot trading platform and crypto card. The role involves crafting compelling narratives, executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating across teams to enhance product adoption and customer trust. Ideal candidates will have experience in fintech or high-growth tech startups and a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, GTM strategy, and lifecycle marketing for our spot trading platform and crypto card product. You will be the voice of the customer, building bridges between the product, growth, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns that drive adoption, retention, and trust. Think of this role as a hybrid between the strategic mindset of a product lead and the creative intuition of a storyteller.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Positioning
- Own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals
- Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate us in a crowded market
- Define and refine user personas, use cases, and customer journeys
2. Launch Execution
- Lead GTM planning for feature and product launches, coordinating cross-functionally with product, design, comms, and growth
- Deliver impactful marketing assets across website, email, social, in-app, and video
- Collaborate with PR, content, and community teams to amplify launches externally
3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze market research, competitive benchmarking, and user feedback to inform strategy
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights that improve product and messaging
4. Growth & Retention
- Partner with lifecycle and growth teams to build acquisition and retention campaigns
- Optimize conversion flows and onboarding journeys through data-backed experimentation
- Identify opportunities to drive engagement with new features, rewards, and card incentives
5. Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Iterate quickly based on data and feedback
