Job Overview
Our Client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll operations. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing in line with internal SOPs, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for assigned headcount, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain payroll and personnel records in the HRM/Payroll system with proper documentation filing.
Handle monthly overtime calculations and reporting.
Monitor employee lifecycle changes (e.g., contract renewals, confirmations, resignations) to ensure payroll accuracy.
Address queries from statutory authorities and internal stakeholders via the service request platform.
Oversee and maintain leave records, ensuring entitlements and system settings are up to date.
Coordinate exit clearance processes for departing employees.
Liaise with system vendors for payroll system enhancements and ensure alignment with internal policies.
Validate employee reimbursement claims in accordance with internal guidelines.
Support insurance benefits administration, including movement updates and claim coordination with brokers/insurers.
Prepare and support payroll-related documentation for audits.
Assist in C&B-related tasks such as drafting letters, reviewing policies, and supporting ad-hoc initiatives.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, multi-level sorting).
Familiarity with attendance systems and shift setup is advantageous.
Able to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 4 years of hands-on payroll experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
Experience managing payroll for 300–500 employees, including blue-collar/shift-based staff.
