We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Learner Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to adult learners in various IT-related fields.

Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver training programs on a variety of IT topics, including UX/UI, product management, full-stack development, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital marketing.
2. Develop course content, assessments, and learning resources in alignment with IHL requirements.
3. Assess learner progress and provide mentorship.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and technology tools.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of training programs and coordinate with stakeholders regarding learning needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in training or in an IHL setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the IT industry.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum commitment: 6 half-day sessions.
