A leading company is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to support government agencies. This role involves coordinating installation activities, managing stock, and providing general administrative support. Location: Upper Thomson MRT
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)
Salary: $2580.00/month
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Scope:
Coordinate installation activities and manage stock requisitions and returns with appointed partners
Oversee delivery and distribution of equipment, tools, and materials
Maintain accurate records and update project documentation
Provide general administrative support to ongoing projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administrative
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business administration or related fields
