Project Administrative Assistant | Govt Agencies

Location: Upper Thomson MRT

Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Salary: $2580.00/month

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate installation activities and manage stock requisitions and returns with appointed partners

  • Oversee delivery and distribution of equipment, tools, and materials

  • Maintain accurate records and update project documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to ongoing projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administrative

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business administration or related fields
