Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central liaison between HQ (Singapore) and China teams, fostering collaboration to align with brand values and strategic objectives.

  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, inventory turnover) and conduct regular evaluations to improve and optimize operational efficiency.

  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, such as campaign delays or communication barriers, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

  • Analyze sales and consumer behavior data from platforms like Tmall and Douyin to derive actionable insights for growth and strategic adjustments.

  • Assess competitors’ strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product launches, to enhance tactical decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Develop and support localized marketing campaigns, including KOL collaborations and livestream initiatives, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and brand identity.

  • Review marketing materials, including copy, visuals, and videos, to maintain brand consistency and adhere to advertising regulations and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with HQ teams across departments (e.g., Product Development, Supply Chain) to incorporate China market insights into overall decision-making, ensuring cohesive operations and timely campaign execution.
