An established industry player is seeking a dedicated clinic manager to advocate for its vision and values. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations of a specialist outpatient clinic, ensuring excellent clinical services and quality for patients. The Challenges
You will be responsible for advocating the vision, mission, and values of TTSH through managing the operations of a specialist outpatient clinic. You will manage non-subsidised patients from haematology oncology and oncology and treatment areas for chemotherapy administration. You will have the opportunity to plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate the operational, financial and personnel activities within the specialist clinic, and lead your team in delivering consistently excellent clinical services and service quality to patients. You will collaborate closely with our specialists and other departments to put in place strategically sound work plans, best practices and ensure efficient processes for the clinic. In addition, you will focus on staff engagement and development, and serve as a role model for your team. You will work with multiple key stakeholders to work with includes Doctors, Pharmacist, Allied Health and managing group of PSAs and Nurses.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• State Registered Nurse
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinic operations
• Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the clinic
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and work well with different stakeholders
