Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead and collaborate with Supervisors to educate them about their roles and support their continual development within their career paths at the hotel.
  2. Train and develop Room Attendants, Supervisors, and Assistant Housekeepers to enhance their competencies and prepare them for career progression.
  3. Schedule and conduct daily communication meetings with the Housekeeping team to facilitate open exchange of ideas, concerns, and issues related to hotel operations.
  4. Share and communicate daily guest reviews, GIF, Revinate scores with the Housekeeping team, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  5. Conduct annual performance reviews for team members under your supervision.
  6. Assist in ensuring training and development plans are implemented effectively for team members.
  7. Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment used in the Housekeeping Department.
  8. Oversee all internal and external contractors, including landscape, laundry, room attendants, public area attendants, pest control, etc.
  9. Supervise the maintenance of plants and floral arrangements within the hotel.
  10. Support the AEH/EH in budget forecasting processes for the department.
  11. Represent the department in internal and external meetings and take responsibility in the absence of the AEH/EH.
