Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

• Manage fixed assets and capital expenditure tracking (including CAAR submission).

• Handle cost accounting and annual stocktake in a manufacturing setting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and statutory account preparation.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and MIDA reporting.

• Strengthen internal controls and lead quarterly control reviews.

• Guide AP and AR teams, and drive process improvements.

• Take ownership of audit deliverables and continuous process enhancement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5–8 years of solid experience in finance operations and control.

• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge in tax filing, statutory reporting, budgeting, and cost management.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
