As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and source potential customers through engagement through emails, calls, online lead databases and exhibitions.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs and determine if they align with the company's products or services.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Negotiation: Learn to negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close deals effectively.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track sales progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively manage opportunities.
  • Account Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and inform sales strategy.
