Responsibilities:
● Plan and manage User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games and/ or apps
● Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games and apps
● Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
● Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, including App Store Optimization (ASO), User Acquisition campaigns, and in-app promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives
● Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation
● Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members or interns
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing or related majors
● 3-5 years of related work experience in mobile application or gaming industry, with a solid background in performance marketing, ASO, paid acquisition, and influencer marketing
● Proven successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/or apps
● Familiar with the common user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
● You’re well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
● You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics
