Job description

Reporting to the Vice-President, you will focus on identifying and securing lighting project opportunities, working closely with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and government-linked entities in Singapore.

This is an individual contributor role with 100% hunting responsibilities, ideal for someone experienced in solution-based B2B project sales within the lighting or infrastructure ecosystem.

Client Details

My client is a Singapore-based tech-driven manufacturer offering innovative solutions across surveillance, LED, and electronics manufacturing sectors. With strong R&D, design, and in-house production capabilities, my client supports her customers through ODM, OEM, and EMS models globally.

Description

  • Identify, pitch, and close lighting-related project sales, targeting commercial, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends, client needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, tenders, and proposals to secure project wins.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product positioning and development strategies.

Profile

  • About 15 years of experience in B2B lighting or project-based solution sales, with a strong network in Singapore's construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of winning and delivering large-scale lighting projects.
  • Strong hunter mindset - comfortable working as an individual contributor with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
