Your new company

A reputable holding company in Singapore is looking for a Head of Strategy to take on a key leadership role.

Your new role

Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be responsible for setting the strategic agenda of the group company. You will define its portfolio strategy and translate priorities into actions by various business leaders. You will also monitor performance using tracking tools, review the performance of portfolio companies, and collaborate with CFOs and strategy leads to ensure KPIs, financial metrics, and transformation goals are achieved. Additionally, you will provide insights during board and committee engagements to guide strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting or in-house corporate strategy roles within investment or holding companies. Experience in transformation initiatives and a strong interest in global developments are essential. You must demonstrate learning agility across industries, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively.
