JOB OVERVIEW
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all guests and visitors at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The officer understands the importance of guest name recognition as part of the warm welcome process, consistently using walkie-talkies to ensure all guests are greeted by name.
The role includes meeting all arriving guests at the driveway, escorting them to the Front Desk for registration, the GRO Desk for ECI (Express Check-in), or Limo arrivals. The officer will explain hotel facilities, emergency exits, and guestroom amenities when escorting guests to their rooms.
The Guest Relations Officer must be ready to serve and assist all guests, whether in-house or visitors, with any questions or directions. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Front Office – Groups team to ensure that all arriving groups are escorted to the correct registration area.
