Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure critical items are always available, minimizing downtime and optimizing stock management using CMMS TMQ-W.
• Perform service and maintenance of equipment and components, ensuring all are fully operational at all times.
• Analyze and enhance equipment reliability for utilities and facilities, collaborating with production teams and contractors to prevent recurring issues.
• Lead and manage in-house contractors for timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules, conducting preventive and periodic inspections on both rotating and static equipment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Plant & Facilities within a chemical plant.
• Must be familiar with the operations of the following equipment: pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and conveyor.
