Work Schedule: 5-day workweek

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As part of a leading business consulting and solution provider, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy – Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the company's client base and service offerings.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research & Lead Generation – Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
Sales & Proposal Development – Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to secure new projects and partnerships.
Partnership & Networking – Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, investors, and industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
Consulting & Advisory Support – Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions, including company incorporation, corporate structuring, tax planning, and compliance advisory.
Regulatory & Compliance Liaison – Assist clients with business registration, licensing, and liaising with government agencies and financial institutions.
Administrative & Support – Support other administrative affairs and support assigned by the Manager and Partners.

What We Are Looking For

Educational Background – Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
Work Experience – Prefer Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the business solutions industry.
Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset – Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
Negotiation & Presentation Skills – Confident in pitching business proposals and negotiating with clients and stakeholders.
Team Player & Leadership Potential – Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Industry Knowledge & Growth Mindset – Interest in corporate consulting, investment solutions, taxation, and regulatory frameworks, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
Multitasking & Organization – Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
