Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute directly to the revenue and objectives of the assigned territory, ensuring growth rates that enhance market share in line with country targets.
  • Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and promote continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures.
  • Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in developing customer strategies to secure business from competitors.
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree; 2-3 years of experience leading sales processes and managing people at multiple levels.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in field sales process management, sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proven experience in field sales or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Good knowledge of the local market.
