Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to the revenue and objectives of the assigned territory, ensuring growth rates that enhance market share in line with country targets.
- Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and promote continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures.
- Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in developing customer strategies to secure business from competitors.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree; 2-3 years of experience leading sales processes and managing people at multiple levels.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in field sales process management, sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Proven experience in field sales or similar roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
