Location: SINGAPORE, Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the adequate Practices and Tools tailored (for EDM and WPM) to reach the required maturity according to Project/Product delivery challenges
  • Work with the discipline delivery team to make them efficient - identify gaps and associated actions to support delivery continuous improvement
  • Capitalize and share knowledge and assets dedicated to delivery discipline
  • Manage, develop people/skills & allocation to products/projects
  • Take in charge Delivery Lead Staffing (EDM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) on project/product with respect to PPMs'/PMs’ requests
  • Represent the CC in project reviews
  • Reviews of ‘Engineering Deliverability’ for bids (engineering strategy & plan, schedule, solution maturity, risk reduction & risk mitigations, acceptance strategy, certification, resourcing, E2 strategy, estimates, contingency)
  • Contribute to Products and Projects peer reviews to reduce engineering risks and increase confidence to deliver
  • Promote Dev-ops approach within your team
  • Ensure all products developed within your team are properly supported and monitored
  • Support cloud migration

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experienced in the following positions: Engineering Manager, IT / Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineering Manager (SwEM)
  • Experienced leading a technical team in a challenging environment
  • Able to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches
  • Knowledge of cloud base solutions will be a plus.
  • Experience in development/DevOps will be a plus.

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
