Work Location: PLQ

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Job Purpose

You will assist in resolving policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ issues related to insurance policies.

The Job
  1. Manage walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ queries/requests on policy-related matters.
  2. Ensure unresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up and resolved within the stipulated time.
  3. Assess and manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from policyholders, Financial Representatives, and business partners.
  4. Provide excellent customer service experience.
  5. Manage customer feedback/complaints with good closure within the operational turnaround time.
  6. Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate these risks.
  7. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and appropriate mitigation steps.
  8. Highlight potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  9. Perform other ad hoc duties to ensure smooth functioning of various touchpoints, such as assisting the Digital Communication department and the Call Centre.
  10. Potentially rotate among different Service Centres.
  11. Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Degree, or Professional Insurance Qualification.
  • Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
