Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Our client, a reputable Facilities Management (FM) company, is looking for a Technical Officer to ensure the smooth operation of building systems. If you have hands-on experience and enjoy working on-site, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and inspect routine maintenance for M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, etc.)

• Compile service reports and prepare quotations for repairs or new works

• Attend to emergency fault calls for critical M&E systems

• Provide support for project works and upgrades

• Attend meetings and liaise with stakeholders as required

• Conduct frequent site visits to government buildings

What We’re Looking For:

Singaporean or permanent resident only
Min Nitec in Engineering
Min 2+ years of experience in M&E systems maintenance
