Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years experience in managing IT Team.
Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements and end-user computing.
Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).
Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) are highly advantageous.
Job Scopes:
Team Management:Mentoring a team of approximately 5 staff
Leadcybersecurity initiatives and enforce cybersecurity measures across the organization
Manage and supportinfrastructure systems (primary focus)
Provide support for programming and developmenttasks as required
Must have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365
Support regional operations, including IT support for other Asia plants
Willing to travel up to 25% within Southeast Asia
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
