Job description

  • Position: Assistant IT Manager [ New Role ]

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years experience in managing IT Team.

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements and end-user computing.

  • Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.

  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).

  • Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) are highly advantageous.

Job Scopes:

  • Team Management:Mentoring a team of approximately 5 staff

  • Leadcybersecurity initiatives and enforce cybersecurity measures across the organization

  • Manage and supportinfrastructure systems (primary focus)

  • Provide support for programming and developmenttasks as required

  • Must have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365

  • Support regional operations, including IT support for other Asia plants

  • Willing to travel up to 25% within Southeast Asia

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
