What You’ll Do

• Drive Meaningful Conversations: Work closely with partners and customers to understand and assess their Identity Security needs.
• Deliver Value: Present and demonstrate the impact of IAM solutions through engaging whiteboarding sessions, technical presentations, and hands-on demos.
• Be a Problem Solver: Translate business challenges into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Architect the Future: Design and implement best-in-class IAM solutions — including proof-of-concepts (POCs) to bring ideas to life.
• Grow With Us: Take ownership of your development with opportunities to gain product-specific and vendor-neutral certifications through a mix of self-paced and formal training.
• Lead with Expertise: Share your knowledge as a trusted Subject Matter Expert and contribute to the ongoing growth and technical excellence of the team.
• Adapt and Excel: Take on varied tasks and challenges that help shape your career and support the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM consulting or implementation.
• Proficiency with at least one major IAM platform, such as:
  
  • Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
  • OpenText NetIQ
  • CyberArk Identity
• Solid grasp of IAM-related technologies (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Active Directory, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills — PowerShell, Python, or Java
• Bonus if you’ve worked with solutions like Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, or Delinea

Good to have:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISC2 CISSP, SailPoint Certified Engineer, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, etc.)
