The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding W&W TECH’s market presence in the international hospitality sector, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, and other hospitality clients, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the region, ensuring alignment with W&W TECH’s objectives of delivering high-quality laundry services and premium hotel linen. A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in procurement and outsourcing trends, is essential to effectively position W&W TECH’s self-operated laundries and wholesale linen solutions as the preferred choice for clients.
In addition to sales generation, the Regional Sales Director will work closely with internal teams, including production, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating with the factory and laundry operations teams to meet client demands, addressing any service challenges, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role requires strong collaboration with senior management to provide market insights, competitive analysis, and recommendations for business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality or service sectors, along with established connections in Southeast Asia.
