Join a leading financial institution as a Regulatory Manager, where you will manage regulatory relationships and compliance frameworks. This role requires strong stakeholder management and regulatory analysis skills, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing the regulatory relationships of Mizuho through pro-active regulatory engagement and maintaining a good working relationship with the regulators
Managing all regulatory requests, inquiries and examinations bycoordinating with internal stakeholders including senior managementto address and respond to regulatory issues on a timely basis
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments, managing regulatory consultations and overseeing regulatory change implementation
Assisting in the formulation and/or review of compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Identifying and managing compliance and regulatory risks
Conducting periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments
Assisting in ad-hoc regulatory projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Accountancy, Business Studies, Law)
5 years of financial sector experience, with 3 years in related roles.
Experience in regulatory analysis and implementation.
Possess strong stakeholder management skills; effective writing and comprehension skills.
MAS Regulatory liaison experience will be viewed favorably.
