Job description

Are you a seasoned WSHO & ECO with a solid background in the construction industry? We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional to champion workplace safety, health, and environmental standards for a major industrial project in the West region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Safety Management System, including Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments
  • Conduct site inspections, identify safety gaps, and follow up on implementation of corrective measures
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective WSHE plans
  • Lead investigations into incidents and WSH infringements, and recommend preventive actions
  • Manage incident reporting and ensure timely submission of investigation outcomes
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe standards

Requirement:

  • Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably on industrial or infrastructure projects

Work Schedule:

  • 6-day alternate work week
  • Project-based role with site presence in the West
