Job Description:
- Establish and manage Key Accounts within the construction sector to achieve targeted sales and approved profit margins.
- Proactively capture increase market share through strategic sales and marketing initiatives directed at key external stakeholders, including: architects, developers, contractors, consultant engineers, regulatory agencies and government authorities.
- Execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities while collecting and analyzing timely and relevant market intelligence.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of construction industry stakeholders and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel as required.
