This position involves frequent contact with stakeholders, requiring zero downtime to client operations and ensuring critical equipment are maintained according to JLL and client policies.
Responsibilities include ensuring client infrastructures are resilient, understanding critical MEP systems on site such as UPS, CRAC, chiller, generator, fire alarm systems, and supporting client security teams and their systems.
The role also involves being responsible for 24-hour emergency and alarm management on client premises, being prepared to be on call, working outside normal hours as needed, maintaining and monitoring building automation systems (BMS, Lighting Control System, BOS), managing vendors, conducting safety inspections, coordinating building shutdowns, supervising after-hours work, supporting facilities requests, assisting with building shutdowns and fire drills, performing maintenance and repair work, providing handyman services, supporting moves and event logistics, coordinating special projects, ensuring timely delivery of PPM, completing service requests, managing inventory, and conducting weekly health checks of critical equipment rooms.
