Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with proven expertise to lead complex client engagements, drive digital transformation, and ensure top-tier service delivery. This role demands strategic leadership across business transformation, cloud adoption, and AI-driven modernization for capital markets and post-trade services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for strategic clients
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, IT, product, and security to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Drive customer success initiatives by optimizing the client journey and improving KPIs like NPS, OSAT, and SLA adherence.
• Spearhead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs using AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Guide product modernization projects to upgrade legacy systems to scalable, high-availability architectures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, managing governance meetings and strategic roadmaps.
• Identify risks, proactively mitigate issues, and manage escalations to ensure smooth program execution.
• Utilize Agile, DevOps, and MLOps methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and operational efficiency.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development of global delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in capital markets, and post-trade services.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), data engineering (ETL, SQL, Python), and AI/ML tools (Azure OpenAI, SageMaker).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and data migration strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationship, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in SLA/KPI tracking, performance reporting, and service governance.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• ITIL (V3 and Intermediate), Scrum Master Certification
