About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to join our Beureka team. This role is integral to driving online sales across multiple platforms, managing daily operations, and fostering key account relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketplace management expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure success in eCommerce operations and account management.
Note: This role includes weekly live stream involvement on platforms like TikTok. As such, flexibility in working hours is required to support evening or campaign-related streaming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy & Sales Management:
Drive eCommerce sales performance across marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and Shopify.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including weekly live streams, flash sales, and bundle offers.
Optimize pricing, promotional budgets, and product strategies to maximize traffic and conversions.
Monitor competitive activities and propose actionable improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
e-Key Account Management:
Act as the primary liaison with marketplace account managers to negotiate and secure exclusive deals, partnerships, and campaign opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce partners and retailers to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities and execute platform-specific strategies.
Monitor account performance metrics and recommend initiatives to enhance partner engagement and sales outcomes.
Store Operations & Content Management:
Oversee store setup, product listings, and content updates to ensure accurate and timely information.
Work with designers to create promotional visuals, category banners, and campaign materials.
Ensure all platform content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.
Inventory & Order Management:
Manage inventory levels and forecast stock requirements to meet sales demands.
Coordinate with warehouse operations for seamless order fulfillment, especially during mega campaigns.
Process purchase orders in the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across platforms to ensure high satisfaction.
Implement customer-centric solutions to improve engagement and retention.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Prepare monthly sales reports and track key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Explore new promotional tools and marketing opportunities to drive platform traffic and engagement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, including managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Experience or familiarity with live streaming formats is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in key account management, with the ability to build and nurture strong partnerships.
Proficiency in data analysis to drive actionable strategies.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Must be open to flexible work hours, including evenings for live streaming activities.
Proficient in ERP systems and digital marketing tools.
Meticulous, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
